Congratulations to the BCC-Z15 Under 18 Seven -a-Side of Bailey Meti (Singles), Jesse Rigby & Haley McDonnell (Pairs) and James Burton, Jarrod Crane, Zac Henley & Brandon Willmette (Fours) on an outstanding performance in the 2017 State Junior Inter-Zone 7-a-Side competition played at West Dubbo over the weekend of 19th-20th August. It was Russell Johnston's last official trip as the U18's Coordinator before stepping down from this important role and the side promised him a medal as a farewell and thank you gesture. They didn't disappoint with the "Fours Team" taking out Silver when narrowly defeated (14-10) for the gold medal by Newcastle (Zone 2). Overall the side finished a commendable ninth.
