This was the 3rd Grade 6 Pennant Flag that the bowlers of Sporties have won over the last 6 years. A remarkable effort for which the Club is rightfully very proud. Last year in 2017 the Club won an historic Grade 7 State Pennant.
The Celebrations were attended by Bowls Central Coast Deputy President Tony Hegyi and BCC Secretary and State Councillor Doug Rose. Tony Hegyi re-presented the Grade 6 Pennant to President Eddy Burgess and the members of the winning side who were present on the day.

After the re-presentation of the Grade 6 Pennant, Chris Newell and Michael Burch did a wonderful job organising a luncheon that was enjoyed by all, given that Michael's table service to other than the BCC visitors lacked a certain level of sophistication.
